Chariot’s mission was to be the world's first sustainable mass-transit company. As the second designer on the team, I wore multiple hats throughout my experience . As a visual designer, I re-designed multiple customer facing web experiences and worked on our mobile rider app for both Android and iOS. From initial user analytics research to custom illustrations and animations, I worked in tandem with our senior product designers during the re-design process to ensure our marketing website was on brand and in-line with business goals and that our rider app was fun, engaging, and easy to use. I also worked on a variety of marketing collateral from billboards to new market launch campaigns. As a brand designer, I designed the new logo and van wrap system, a process involving many internal and external stakeholders, user research, and lots of iterative sketching. As an associate product designer, I designed version 2.0 of our fleet management software and worked in tandem with our design lead on our driver app.
