Through quantitative and qualitative research we uncovered the primary customer needs that proved the value of building an app; early access and exclusives, personalization, and convenient shopping tools that were previously unavailable on web. A 3-month iterative design process followed.

6 months after launching, relative to previous metrics for web, AOV increased 140%+, LTV increased 2X, and with 80k MAU, we had an average review rating of 4.9 stars (2.5k reviews) on the App Store.
